Our TaeKwon Do classes teach warm up exercises (focus on maintaining health, avoiding injury, strengthening/healing any injured area), hyungs (forms) kicking, and hand techniques, for striking and defense. Beginners learn non contact sparring. (Advanced students have the option of sparring with contact and grappling) Advanced students also learn basic rolling, falling, joint techniques, and weapons.
